Det har b&aring;de varit duktiga art directors, copy writers, pr-konsulter och inte minst mina kollegor p&aring; Brandculture.</p>
<p>Jag har upplevt att det finns en sp&auml;nnande utmaning i har man styr kreativa m&auml;nniskor och processer. Det finns en inbyggd paradox i just detta; kombinationen att sl&auml;ppa ramarna och t&auml;nka stort, samtidigt som man m&aring;ste uppn&aring; konkreta resultat inom en utsatt tid.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Jag kan knappast p&aring;st&aring; att jag kommit p&aring; l&ouml;sningen p&aring; g&aring;tan, men jag har l&auml;rt mig fyra bra principer:</p>
<ul>
<li>Man kan inte vara konstruktivt kreativ, utan att ha en <strong>m&aring;lbild</strong>. B&ouml;rja inget m&ouml;te eller kreativ process utan att alla i gruppen har samma bild vad ni vill uppn&aring; och i vilken kontext ni arbetar</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>B&ouml;rja med att formulera <strong>fr&aring;gor</strong> ist&auml;llet f&ouml;r l&ouml;sningar. R&auml;tt fr&aring;gor &ouml;ppnar upp f&ouml;r fantastiskt kreativa processer</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Var &ouml;verens om p&aring; vilken <strong>niv&aring;</strong> ni diskuterar en problemst&auml;llning. Det kan bli ganska frustrerande om n&aring;gon f&ouml;rs&ouml;ker diskutera ett problem p&aring; strategisk niv&aring;, samtidigt n&aring;gon annan presenterar detaljl&ouml;sningar. Parkera f&ouml;rslag som &auml;r p&aring; &rdquo;fel&rdquo; niv&aring;, s&aring; att ni kan komma tillbaka till dem senare</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Kom i h&aring;g att prata i termer av &rdquo;<strong>och</strong>&rdquo; ist&auml;llet f&ouml;r &rdquo;<strong>eller</strong>&rdquo; n&auml;r ni v&auml;rderar varandras f&ouml;rslag. Den lilla skillnaden p&aring; ord kan g&ouml;ra att ni b&ouml;rjar se m&ouml;jligheter att kombinera olika f&ouml;rslag, ist&auml;llet f&ouml;r att konkurrera om vems f&ouml;rslag som &auml;r b&auml;st</li>
</ul>

<p>I Brandculture arbejder vi blandt andet med at hj&aelig;lpe vores kunder med at f&aring; styr p&aring; fremtiden via scenarier og scenarieplanl&aelig;gning. Jeg syntes denne film giver et godt billede af 4 mulige scenarier: Samfund baseret p&aring; Sikkerhed, forbrug, deltagelse eller gr&oslash;n? Sp&oslash;rgsm&aring;let er dog om disse scenarier er enten/eller eller om alle fire kan sameksistere?</p>
<p>Jeg syntes tanken om at vi bev&aelig;ger os fra loven om udbud, til loven om eftersp&oslash;rgsel p&aring; baggrund af at vi lever i en tid af overflod og forbruger magt er meget intressant... men er det realistisk i et helhedsperspektiv, n&aring;r denne overflod deles af en relativ lille del af jordens indbyggere?</p>
